The EUREKA features a coated electrically welded sheet metal frame with excellent overall rigidity and strong shock resistance. It avoids deformation and jitter during long-term high-speed operation, ensuring sustained precision in continuous processing. The X-Y transmission axes are equipped with micro brushless motors and drive belts, enabling a maximum processing speed of 2000mm/s and 2G acceleration. The cutting head supports replaceable focus lenses and nozzles, which can be flexibly switched according to different materials and processing requirements. It adapts to diverse applications including cutting, marking and relief engraving. The multi-functional design realizes one machine for multiple purposes and effectively reduces equipment investment costs.

http://Designed with front and rear openable body panels, EUREKA breaks conventional working area limitations and supports processing of long-length materials. Equipped with a fully automatic Z-axis lifting platform and an aluminum honeycomb working table with an exhaust base, the machine quickly absorbs processing smoke and debris. It keeps the work surface clean, eliminates optical path interference, stabilizes processing accuracy and improves the workshop environment.

With a standard working area of 610×460mm, the compact body saves floor space and perfectly meets mainstream processing demands for medium and small-sized workpieces, balancing high space utilization and outstanding practicality.

Intelligent Process · Wide Compatibility

The equipped ICARO CAM software supports 0–256 grayscale bitmap formats, enabling bitmap marking and shallow relief engraving. The EUREKA system is compatible with a wide range of materials, including acrylic (PMMA), ABS plastic, general-purpose plastic, PET, PP, BOPP, paper, cardboard, leather, textiles, marble, wood, acetate, adhesive films and composite materials.It covers extensive application scenarios such as customized small products, home accessory production, decorative inlay processing, seal making, display cabinet manufacturing, footwear and leather goods processing, as well as various sheet and roll material processing, achieving cross-industry and multi-scenario processing with a single device.
