The fastest, most complete and professional “roll-to-roll”, “roll-to-sheet” and “roll-to-stickers” laser die cutting and digital finishing system.
Labelmaster is available in two configurations to process rolls up to 350 mm and up to 600 mm in width.

  • Processes: laser die-cutting, laser kiss-cutting, laser micro perforation, laser marking, semi-rotary mechanical die-cutting, flexographic varnishing, semi-rotary selective flexographic varnishing, semi-rotary hot stamping, self-wound lamination, lamination with liner, labels shifter, sheeting, slitting, stickers cutting, detecting. 
  • Processable materials: paper, PET, PP, BOPP, fabrics
  • Sectors: labeling, packaging, wine, food&bevarage, beauty, textiles, flexible packaging, promotional, industrial, converting, anti-counterfeiting, RFid.
  • The innovative system designed for roll materials converting processes within the packaging & labeling industry.
  • High productivity: up to 100 m/min (4 laser heads).
  • Two configurations: 350 and 600 mm of web width.
  • Can be configured according to the specific needs at the moment of purchase or at a later date with optional upgrades to be installed “on-site”.
  • ICARO proprietary software.
  • Class 1 laser product (IEC EN 60825/1 norm compliant).
